Prompt Vector is built and operated by Hen Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle. In short: Prompt Vector is designed to work without an account, stores your activity on your own device, and does not track you or sell your data.

The following information is created as you use the app and is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to Hen Solutions:
This information is held in your device's standard app storage. You can clear it at any time from within the app, or by deleting the app.
Prompt Vector lets you optionally add your own API key for a third-party AI provider (for example, Anthropic's Claude) to enable custom prompt generation. If you choose to add a key, it is stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. Hen Solutions never receives, transmits, or has access to your API key. You can remove it at any time in the app's settings.
Prompt Vector ships with a large built-in library of prompts and also downloads additional prompts over the air from our content service. This is a one-way download: the app requests prompt content, and our service returns it. These requests do not include your name, email, account, or any personal identifier. Standard technical information inherent to any internet request — such as your device's IP address — may be processed transiently by our hosting provider to deliver the response; it is not used to identify you and is not retained by us to build a profile of you.
If — and only if — you have added your own AI provider API key and use the custom generation feature, the text you submit is sent directly from your device to that AI provider (for example, Anthropic) so it can generate a response. That text is handled by the AI provider under the AI provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any AI provider whose key you use. If you do not add a key, this feature is off and no such requests are made.
Prompt Vector Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. All purchases, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Hen Solutions does not receive or store your credit card number or other payment details. The app determines your Premium status using Apple's StoreKit framework on your device; we do not operate our own subscription database tied to your identity.
Prompt Vector is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
On-device data is protected by your device's standard security model, and your optional AI provider key is stored in the iOS Keychain. Network requests are made over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited nature of the data the app handles.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
