Help, troubleshooting, and contact — for iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Prompt Vector is published by Hen Solutions LLC. If you need help with the app, you have two fast options: use the built-in help inside the app, or email us directly. Most questions are answered the same day.

2. Before you email — try the in-app Help

Prompt Vector ships with a built-in support assistant that answers common questions instantly. It covers Getting Started, Prompts & Categories, AI Generation (CRAFT), Collections, Widgets & Shortcuts, Account & Settings, and Troubleshooting.

How to open it: open Prompt Vector → Settings → under the Help section, tap "FAQs, troubleshooting, and contact."

3. Common topics

Premium subscription

Questions about Monthly or Annual Premium, free trial, billing, or canceling. Subscriptions are managed through Apple — open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions.

Restore a purchase

If you previously subscribed and don't see Premium on a new device, open the app → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.

Themes & appearance

The default Calm theme is free. Additional themes require Premium. If a theme reverts after restart, check that Premium is active in Settings.

iCloud sync issues

If favorites or settings aren't syncing across devices, make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Prompt Vector in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.

AI generation (CRAFT)

Custom prompt generation requires your own API key from a supported AI provider (e.g., Anthropic). Add or remove your key any time in Settings. Your key is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is never sent to Hen Solutions.

Bug reports & feature requests

Please include: your device (iPhone / iPad / Mac), iOS or macOS version, app version (Settings → About), and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help.

4. Account and data

Prompt Vector does not require you to create an account. Your favorites, history, settings, and any AI provider API key you add stay on your device. To delete all of your data, you can clear it in the app's Settings, or delete the app — there is no separate account to close.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Prompt Vector Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Manage or cancel: open the App Store → tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → Prompt Vector.
Request a refund: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
